WHAT IS A SUPPLY KIT?
A
Supply Kit is a group of products
a student will need to participate
in the training laboratory. They
are packaged here and sent to
the nursing lab, your school book-
store, or directly to students. MEA
can help you design a custom kit tailored to your curriculum.
HOW ARE THEY PAID FOR?
Several methods of
payment are accepted.
1. School or Bookstore purchase.
2. Student Organization Sale. Selling kits can be a good
fundraising tool for your student nurse association.
3. Direct Sale to Students. In these difficult budget times,
more schools are requiring their students to buy direct
from us. |
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Only complete kits can be
returned. A 25% restocking fee will be charged after 45 days.
Kits cannot be returned after 90 days. Kits shipped directly to
students are not returnable.

HOW ARE THE DIFFERENT KITS IDENTIFIED?
The course number or title is
used to identify the kits. These are kept on file to make
placing your next order simple and fast.

AFTER THE ORDER GETS PLACED, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE KITS?
When an order is placed for
kits, a shipping date is scheduled. Every effort will be made to
ship your order according to your request. However, due to the
large number of shipments being made in August and the first two
weeks of September, we ask that you make your request for the
fall semester as early in the summer as possible. Orders for
kits that are placed after July 15th may not arrive in time for
the first day of school. Please let your customer service
representative know if you are in a hurry. We will make every
effort to accomodate your schedule.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET ITEMS NOT LISTED IN THE CATALOG ADDED TO THE
KITS?
