When placing an order with MEA, satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not
completely satisfied with the quality of the products or service you receive,
please notify a customer service representative so that the problem can be

QUOTATIONS
Quotations will be provided for custom supply kits or bulk orders as requested
by the customer.
BULK ORDERS
Small or large quantities of any stock item may be ordered. Special order items
will be sold by the box or case. Bulk orders are scheduled for shipment in the
order in which they are received.
SUPPLY KITS
When ordering standard or custom supply kits, we ask that you allow additional
time for delivery. You can get more details here.
BACK ORDERS
If a delay is anticipated with any item in a custom supply kit, notification
will be given prior to shipment. Back ordered items for bulk shipments will be
shipped as soon as inventory is available.
RETURN POLICY
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on items or kits returned after 45 days of
the original shipment. Only complete kits will be accepted for credit.
TERMS
Net 30 days. MasterCard and VISA accepted. Direct sales to students require
prepayment with MasterCard, VISA or money order.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express delivery is available if you are in a rush. Please inquire or make the
appropriate choice when checking out on our web store.
